About the Honey-Makers
At Lady May Honey-Makers or Honey Bees we pride ourselves on offering the finest raw honey directly from our apiary to your table. Born out of a frustration for not being able to source local honey throughout the year for our restaurants, our journey began in 2021 with just 10 hives. Despite the challenges, including our owner Chris's memorable experience of being stung over 15 times on the first day, our love for beekeeping only grew stronger. Today, we manage approximately 50 thriving hives, and we’re gearing up for our first major harvest and a second apiary in Mississippi.
