Three Summers. 2.4 Million Bees. One Perfect Jar of Honey.
This isn't honey from a warehouse shelf. It's honey from our hives — tended through sweltering Mississippi summers, hive beetles, wax moths, and more than a few bee stings (ask Chris about the shorts incident). After three years of learning, failing, and persevering, we're proud to share our small-batch, farm-grown raw honey with you.
At The Lady May Restaurant, we use nearly 200 pounds of raw honey every month — in our breads, our pickles, our dressings, and our signature dishes. When we couldn't find a local source we trusted, we built our own bee farm in Brookhaven, MS. This jar is the result of that journey.
